CANCELLATION POLICY
Note: The price of each membership package will vary by market
• Cancellation Policy: At DiverseStyle we ask that each Member submit a thirty-day written notice to the salon management of where membership was purchased.
• “When in Doubt, Blow it Out” unused services may rollover during membership and may be used up to the last day of the cancellation date. If membership is frozen, any credits may be used during this time up to a maximum of three months.
• All service credits acquired during your Membership will continue to be held on your account. Credits will never expire!
• Freeze Policy. Credits cannot be used during the freeze. If member wants a service, they will pay non-member pricing.
